Great app to practice cases. Goes through your pertinent information To make it better: 1) include a differential diagnosis for the cases 2) If EKG or CXR or basic imaging is part of the case, include them in addition. It would be good to have the EKG to interpret ourselves

This "game" presents cases written by real doctors. It has a few good zebras, hones medical knowledge, and is plain fun. Break out your Merck Manual! Andrée

I read one case every morning on my commute to the hospital and it gets my mind kick started for the day. Really good succinct but comprehensive cases!

This is by far the most beneficial game for a med student. Rare cases, nice interface, a very good opportunity to revise and fun way to test yourself... However, this app often shows 3-digit numbers on it like there is an update available or like 122 new cases were added. When I open the app there is nothing new. How can this be fixed????
