Love this app. The extent of explanation is perfect. This app and resuscitation are my two fave medical apps that actually require decent medical knowledge to do. Hopefully they keep adding cases.

I just recently downloaded the app. I was able to play three cases the first day. It was great and educational. However, after three cases, the app crashed every time I opened the case list. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. Still had the same issue. So I deleted it again and installed it for a third time. I have yet to play any cases this time because it keeps crashing whenever I leave the apps home screen. If it didnt have this issue, I wouldve given the app 5 stars because it is a great game.

Love this app. It is great for medical students. I really like that the cases arent usually "textbook" since patients very rarely present with textbook symptoms.

I love the explanations and the discussion board available.

Amazing - a colleague had told me about this app and I cant get enough of it!! The app offers great cases with attention to all details and explanations for all tests, procedures and results. Love it!
